Rates
For clients using insurance, rates vary depending on your insurance plan. Please call us for an estimate of your cost and to see if your insurance is accepted by our provider. All rates are for 60 minute sessions. This is the only session length we offer at this time.
For self-pay clients, please call us to discuss our out-of-pocket rate.

It is your right as a client to have access to your therapists's Disclosure Statement as well as a Notice of Privacy Practices:
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify Local Realism immediately via telephone or email.
• Local Realism requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellation calls are taken between 9 am and 5 pm PST Sunday-Thursday. Sunday appointments must be canceled by 5 pm on the previous Thursday.
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive one “free pass”. After your one free pass, a cancellation fee of $90 will be charged to your card on file. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees.
• If you miss your appointment without notifying Local Realism, you will receive one “free pass". After your one free pass, a no-show fee of $120 will be charged to your card on file. Please note that insurance does not cover no-show fees.
